Regardless, this was another great issue. Eddie Brock's new character is amazing, not to mention very refreshing. In the past two issues we have been seeing a reformed Eddie, dealing with crooks, trying to make a difference in the world.
Issue # 1 left us with Punisher standing over Anti Venom's dead body. The preview for issue # 2 shows us that Eddie did not die (obviously). The preview leaves with Anti Venom ready to kill Punisher. At least it seems that way.
Once again however, Eddie's new character takes the reader by surprise, and although he has every opportunity to kill him, Anti-Venom simply leaves the Punisher to live. Eddie's interest is in saving his new friend/ reformed junkie - Jenna
Nothing has changed with Punisher's character however. Although it appears as the two are teaming up to help Jenna, he could not care less about Eddie and takes several opportunities throughout the comic to kill him.

Jenna in the meantime is being taken hostage to a drug lord's place. She is heavily drugged and joins the other girls in the drug lord's room.
The story is not that fantastic. It is a simple comic that goes straight to the point. There is however one interesting dialog between Punisher and Eddie. While Eddie is defending Jenna saying she has reformed, the Punisher states that he caught Jenna with drugs earlier.
In my opinion, if what the Punisher says is true, we may end up with a 'twice reformed Anti Venom.'
The comic ends with Anti-venom trashing the place ( where the bad guys are) as he hears Jenna's voice over the phone, high on drugs.
